In the early days of designing the games for Power Miners there was much debate as to what the Rock Monsters characteristics would be. Are they mean and truly "monsters" or are they something else. They are the protagonist in the set, but they are playful, fun, and whimsical. Here are a series of photos of the rock monsters to demonstrate their "fun" personality. These photos were not used in any marketing materials that I am aware of.
